Delivery
Vision Lighting carefully selects and monitors service providers to ensure high quality services for our customers.
Our Service Providers
We use DPD Local UK Ltd as the primary shipping service provider on our website. For bespoke and longer items such as LED Sign Lights and Signtrim we use D X Freight Ltd.
Delivery Services
Vision Lighting always recommends that our lead times, plus delivery time is taken into consideration when placing an order through our website, e-mail or over the phone.
The next day cut off for orders containing only stock items is 12pm.
Orders for trough lights and sign frames are bespoke and are subject to the current lead times displayed in the checkout when requesting a delivery date. Please note that although the website will allow the selection of delivery dates, Vision Lighting reserves the right to change the date of delivery according to lead times for the specification ordered.
All of our delivery services require a signature upon delivery. Please note all discrepancies with the delivery received must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Collections
To collect your order from us, please request collection when placing your order if ordering by e-mail or telephone. For orders placed through our website collection can be selected in the checkout. Collection orders remain subject to the order cut off time and lead times for production of bespoke items. On your order confirmation, we will provide a date of collection and subsequently notify you when the goods are ready to collect.
Collection can take place at our address between 8am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Next Day
Next day delivery services available on our website estimate that delivery takes place the next working day following the day of dispatch. The next day service can deliver any time between 8:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Next Day Timed
Timed services can be selected in the checkout for example before 12pm and before 9:30am services. Timed services estimate that delivery takes place the next working day following the day of dispatch, and before the specified time. The courier services used do not guarantee that the times will be met.
Weekend
Saturday and Sunday services are available depending on the contents of your order and the delivery service provider. Weekend deliveries can take place at any time between 9:00am and 5:00pm and are dispatched from Vision Lighting on Fridays.
Bank Holidays
No deliveries or collections take place on bank holidays. Deliveries and collections will take place the next working day after a bank holiday.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you may receive an e-mail or text message from our service providers advising of the consignment number or a delivery time slot, if you have provided us with these contact details.
It is possible to track the delivery of your order using our website. Simply login and go to My Account > Order History and select Track Order on the order you wish to track.
If you are having trouble tracking your order using the order tracking facility or the details provided to you please contact us and we will attempt to track the delivery for you. Please note that we often cannot obtain an estimated time of arrival (ETA) before 2pm for standard next day services.
