The continuing policy of Vision Lighting is to be recognised for high quality products in the Lighting industry.
This will be achieved by:

- Enhance customer satisfaction and minimise the environmental impact of our activities through the effective application of the management system, including processes for improvement of the system.
- Management of the organisation, along with quality and environmental objectives and defined responsibilities for their fulfilment.
- Ongoing awareness of potential environmental impacts, as a result of our activities and products.
- A commitment to the protection of the environment, including prevention of pollution, fulfilling compliance obligations and other commitments relevant to the context of the organisation.
- Minimising waste and maximising the efficient use of resources, materials and recycling where possible.
- The responsible management and disposal of all waste, demonstrating our duty of care.
- Pursuing legal and standard requirements.
- Careful selection of suppliers and contract delivery services.
- Making continuous improvement a part of every day and every job.
- Continuously upgrading the management system at all stages from product design, order, receipt, production, shipment to aftersales services, with a general commitment to improve our activities and product life cycle.
